Attorneys
Touchstone, Bernays produces excellent results for our clients by hiring the best and brightest law students through our summer associate program. Law students in their third year, students performing judicial internships and lateral hires are considered for potential employment as associates through resumes forwarded to our Managing Partner, Sidney H. Davis, Jr. We hire well-rounded, motivated professionals who seek a challenging practice with a firm that has an established reputation for excellence.
Clerkships
Our on-campus interviews are conducted annually at selected schools. Students are chosen from the interview process to participate in our associate program. We bring in students with the expectation that the majority of the firm's hiring needs will be filled from successful completion of the program.
Summer associates will be assigned an attorney that will act as their mentor through the duration of their clerkship. We strive to bring every clerk a positive learning experience and a realistic idea of the day-in-the-life of an associate at our firm. The assignments will encompass anything from attending trials and depositions to drafting pleadings and motions. We also coordinate many leisure activities where the clerks are able to get to know the other attorneys on a social level.
Support Staff
Our support staff team is an important contributor to the superior service we provide to our clients.
